Tracy Ritchie – Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator
Tracy brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on approach to our team, having previously co-managed her family’s maintenance, handyman, and cleaning business. While supporting operations in this owner/operator business, she developed a strong understanding of customer service, scheduling, and on-the-ground coordination.
With a solid background in administration, social work, and nursing, Tracy is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues in a professional and compassionate manner. She values structure and regularity in her work environment, which led her to pursue new opportunities in a more consistent workspace.
Outside of work, Tracy is a devoted mother to three children. Together since the age of 18, she and her husband have built a strong family foundation rooted in loyalty and teamwork.
Her long-term goal is to transition into the property management sector, where she hopes to continue growing her skills and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment
